We accompany you and provide you with the necessary tools for improving your integral wellbeing in a simple, agile and collaborative fashion. This will set the foundations for an adequate Regenerative Lifestyle at home. This service includes the following:
Step 1: Your Personal Wellbeing Level, we identify main Hazards and Risks in your daily ecosystem (home and its closest sorroundings).
Step 2: We prepare a list of main corrective and preventive actions to be implemented in your daily life for reducing and eliminating the main risk and hazards that affect your wellbeing.
Step 3: Let’s Regenerate Home by applying the Japanese 5 S Principles: Seiri (eliminate), Seiton (order), Seiso (Clean), Seiketsu (Standardize) and Shitsuke (discipline).
Step 4: We identify 03 SMART goals in short term that will help you to establish indicators that can help you to control and monitor your personal wellbeing.
Step 5: We identify your Regenerative Tribe and main source of regenerative inspiration.
Step 6: Follow Up after 4 weeks.

Step 1: Your Wellbeing at Work Level, we identify main Hazards and Risks in your home-office (work flow, functions and its work ecosystem).
Step 2: We prepare a list of main corrective and preventive actions to be implemented in your daily work routine for reducing and eliminating the main risk and hazards that affect your wellbeing at work.
Step 3: Let’s start taking control of your integral wellbeing at Work by applying the Japanese 5 S Principles: Seiri (eliminate), Seiton (order), Seiso (Clean), Seiketsu (Standardize) and Shitsuke (discipline).
Step 4: Work Flow Optimization, Work Routine Improvement, Work Station Improvement.
Step 5: We identify 03 SMART goals in short term that will help you to establish indicators that can help you to control and monitor your wellbeing at work.
Step 6: We identify your Professional Regenerative Tribe and main source of integral wellebeing inspiration.

Step 2: We prioritize a list of main corrective and preventive actions to be implemented in your enterprise for reducing and eliminating the main risk,hazards and impacts in your company’s ecosystem (Expected WMS Integral Wellbeing Dashboard).
Step 3: Let’s start your corporate integral wellbeing journey by applying the Japanese 5 S Principles: Seiri (eliminate), Seiton (order), Seiso (Clean), Seiketsu (Standardize) and Shitsuke (discipline) and implementing the principles of LEAN Management in our Supply Chain.
